Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Annie McCall resided in the building adjacent to Emerald City Clinic for numerous years until recently re-locating to a larger facility. ECN is happy to promote her fabulous services.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment for impulsive and/or self-destructive behaviors, including cutting, suicide, drug use, and aggression. Youth and Family DBT of Seattle offers two DBT skills groups, for teenagers (13-18) and their parents. The group is 26 weeks long and teaches behavioral skills to increase effective coping and communication, with the goals of decreasing family conflict and problematic behavior.
