Free Hormone Steroid Profile

US Biotek is offering our patients a free 24 hour urine hormone steroid profile !!!

US Biotek is offering this lab at no cost so they can find a normal reference range for a new analyzer. Because of this all persons who do this test must not be on hormones and must not have a chronic illness such as diabetes, or and cannot be obese.
